Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 7:30pm; Pay: $24/hour. This role emphasizes early pest detection, collaboration with cultivation teams, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• State Certified Applicator license in Vegetable Crop Pest Control category within 90 days
• Experience in plant health and pest management preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead IPM Technicians in pest monitoring and treatment applications.
• Perform regular scouting for pests and diseases and report irregularities.
• Safely apply biological controls, beneficial insects, and compliant pesticides with proper signage and entry intervals.
• Maintain detailed records of pest activity, treatments, and environmental conditions.
