Job summary

Aeriz is hiring an IPM Technician for our Riverbank, CA facility. This permanent, full-time role reports to Management and works on-site to apply IPM sprays, blend proprietary solutions, and monitor solution parameters.

The entry-level position offers growth with the Company from the ground up, with safety standards and weekend/holiday schedule considerations in a hands-on cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work productively independently within a team environment.
• Math required for inventory, projections, and measurements.
• Exhibit the ability to work well within the organization and with others.
• Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established Company policies.
• Close visual focus required.
• Valid Driver’s License and be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Apply IPM sprays in cultivation rooms following strict SOP.
• Mix IPM solutions from recipes.
• Operate and clean spray equipment.
• Monitor parameters such as EC, PPM, PH, and Water Temperature of solutions.
• Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.
• Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety standards including those of the Organization, Public Health Department and other governing entities.
• Report unusual occurrences or damage.
• Other cultivation duties as assigned.

Compensation: $18.00 / hour

Description

The Cultivation IPM Technician measures and blends our proprietary solutions along with application of those solutions. The entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the Company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. This role will report directly to the cultivation supervisor and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.

Responsibilities

• Apply IPM sprays in cultivation rooms following strict SOP.
• Mix IPM solutions from recipes.
• Operate and clean spray equipment.
• Monitor parameters such as EC, PPM, PH, and Water Temperature of solutions.
• Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.

• Other cultivation duties as assigned.

• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to apply solution with our sprayer.
• Valid Driver’s License and be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.

Work Environment: This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoors, which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The Cultivation Department operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
