Aeriz is seeking an entry-level Cultivation IPM Technician to measure and blend proprietary solutions and apply them on-site at our Riverbank facility. You will report to the cultivation supervisor and have opportunities to grow with the company from the ground up.

The role offers hands-on experience in IPM application, maintaining safety standards, and learning the ropes of a union-represented cultivation operation. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riverbank, CA.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to work productively independently within a team environment.
Math is required for inventory, projections, and measurements.
Exhibit the ability to work well within the organization and with others.
Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow established company policies.
Close visual focus required.
Valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Apply IPM sprays in cultivation rooms following strict SOP.
Mix IPM solutions from recipes.
Operate and clean spray equipment.
Monitor parameters such as EC, PPM, pH, and water temperature of solutions.
Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.
Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
Comply with all health and safety standards including those of the Organization, Public Health Department and other governing entities.
Report unusual occurrences or damage.
Other cultivation duties as assigned.
