Job summary

Aeriz in Riverbank, CA is seeking a Harvest Technician to harvest, dry, and cure Cannabis on 1st and 2nd shifts, reporting to the Harvest Lead and working on-site. This full-time role supports the Cultivation department with plant maintenance and processing tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma, the ability to work independently within a team, strong math and attention to detail, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move finished plants from flowering to drying rooms.
• Separate waste from plant material into usable product.
• Break down wet plant, hang usable product in Drying Room.
• Break down dry plant, remove waste, separate plant material into different material grades.
• Maintain record keeping.
• Other processing duties as assigned.

Harvest Technician

Reporting To: Management

Compensation: $18.00 - $18.50 / hour

Description

1st Shift (4am-2:30pm) & 2nd Shift (2pm-12:30)

This position performs plant harvesting, drying & curing Cannabis. Secondary responsibilities will include working with cultivation team with any plant maintenance task needed. This role will report directly to the Harvest Lead and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.

Responsibilities

• Perform task as assigned by lead or manager in harvest AND/OR secondary cultivation.
• Perform movement of finished plants from flowering to dry rooms.
• Perform separation of waste from plant material into usable product.
• Break down wet plant, remove plant waste, hang usable product in Drying Room.
• Break down dry plant, remove plant waste, separate plant material into different material grades.
• Maintain record keeping.
• Other processing duties assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.

Work Environment:

This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoors, which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The Cultivation Department operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
