Job summary

Masteria Training is seeking an educator to teach IPC courses (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620) virtually or in person in a fully equipped facility. Teaching experience is welcome but not required. You will deliver accredited curricula, motivate student growth, and ensure safety and compliance throughout training.

The role focuses on Low Voltage, Telco, Networking, and Audio Video Systems with an emphasis on practical, real-world application and certification preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching IPC or related technical subjects is preferred.
• Ability to deliver accredited course curriculum to diverse learners.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Low Voltage, Telco, Networking, and Audio Video Systems, either live online or hands-on in our fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and effectively deliver accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.

CIS: Certified IPC Specialist

For individuals performing inspections or applying standards on the floor

CIT: Certified IPC Trainer
