Qualifications

• Current IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 Class 3 certifications required.
• Soldering under a microscope with fine pitch.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly docs.
• Strong electronics fundamentals and component knowledge.
• Proficient with hand tools and standard lab equipment.
• Detail-oriented with consistent workmanship.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and document work.
• Good communication with engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB assembly rework to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
• Build and inspect cable/harness assemblies per IPC-A-620.
• Follow wiring diagrams and schematics to assemble electronics.
• Assist with board-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Support prototype manufacturing and fixture development.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and rework.
• Adhere to ESD procedures and lab safety.
