Qualifications

• Experience advising on IP matters, including IP aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and transaction documentation.
• Excellent technical, drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take increasing responsibility on complex matters.
• Strong communication and client management skills with a commercial approach to delivering advice.

• Advise major technology companies, innovative businesses, private equity sponsors and other sophisticated clients on complex IP matters.
• Work on high-value transactions involving IP, technology and commercial arrangements with experienced partners.
