Qualifications

• Significant law firm experience in IP and contract law.
• Experience with complex commercial transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in California or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Advise on IP and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions.
• Handle complex tech company transactions at varying stages.
• Collaborate with Corporate Group on technology and life sciences matters.
