Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience advising on IP matters, including IP aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and transaction documentation.
• Excellent technical, drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take increasing responsibility on complex matters.
• Strong communication and client management skills with a commercial approach to delivering advice.

Working as part of a highly regarded IP team, you'll advise major technology companies, innovative businesses, private equity sponsors and other sophisticated clients on complex intellectual property matters. Requirements

• Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience.
