Lateral Associate

IP & Technology Transactions

The IP & Technology Transactions group in New York is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2023-2022) with IP & Technology Transactions experience. Candidates will be required to work effectively as part of a team across offices and practice areas. Solid law firm experience and a high level of academic achievement preferred. Ideal candidate would be an active member of the New York bar. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
