Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with 2-6 years of experience for its New York, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia offices. The salary range for this position in New York and DC is $225,000 to $340,000. For Philadelphia and Chicago, the salary range is between $214,500 to $253,500.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of technology transactions experience, ideally with a mix of in‑house and private practice.
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial agreements, including procurement, outsourcing, software licenses and implementation, cloud services, IT services, eCommerce, payment processing, and merchant services agreements.
• Interest and/or experience in eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, and software.
• State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Team focused.
• Strong academic credentials.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
