This non-partner track role offers a salary range of $200k to $300k and requires 6+ years drafting and negotiating IT and commercial agreements.

Healthcare sector experience and privacy/data security are preferred; candidates must be admitted to a U.S. bar and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years drafting and negotiating IT and commercial agreements including SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements for a large healthcare client.
• Healthcare sector and/or privacy and data security experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a senior technology transactions attorney for its Seattle, San Francisco or Palo Alto. This is a non-partner track role, and the salary range is between $200k to $300k.
