Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a senior technology transactions attorney for its Seattle, San Francisco or Palo Alto. This is a non-partner track role, and the salary range is between $200k to $300k.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience drafting and negotiating agreements including IT and commercial agreements including ncluding SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements for a large healthcare client.
• Experience with healthcare sector and/or privacy and data security are preferred.
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
