Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced General Counsel for a remote contractor role to support a technology transactions AI training project. You will review contracts, draft, redline, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI outputs.

Collaborate with research and product teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance for AI systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
