You will draft, negotiate, and advise on collaborations, licensing, partnerships, and strategic alliances while researching technologies like AI, fintech, and biotech to inform client decisions.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of two years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions.
• Admission to the state bar in the office location.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on product strategy, development, and market positioning for technology companies.
• Advise clients on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and licensing agreements.
• Assist with IP and technology aspects of M&A, public offerings, and venture capital financings.
• Conduct research on technologies including AI, fintech, and biotechnology.
