Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant IP & Technology litigation experience.
• Experience with AI, copyright, trademark and trade-secret matters preferred.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical abilities; strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support matters involving AI, copyright, trademark, trade secrets and false advertising disputes.
• Perform legal research, draft pleadings, motions and briefs; advise clients.
• Oversee discovery, e-discovery and document management; coordinate with other teams.
