Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate in San Francisco, California, with 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law to join its intellectual property/technology litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will manage IP litigation and enforcement matters, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions, develop strategies for complex cases, counsel clients on product development risks, and

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law.
• Strong understanding of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, and computer-access laws such as the CFAA.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Willingness to engage with a broad range of laws and legal principles.
• Superior writing and communication skills.
• Membership in the state bar where the application is submitted is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage intellectual property/technology litigation and enforcement matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions.
• Develop strategies for complex litigation and enforcement actions.
• Counsel clients on legal risks related to product development.
• Conduct legal research and analysis with strong writing skills.
• Manage the discovery phase of litigation, including e-discovery.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and teamwork.
