Job summary
Watts & Associates is seeking a 2-4 year IP & Technology Litigation Associate for its Silicon Valley office with an Am Law 100 international firm. You will work on cutting-edge AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and false advertising disputes for leading technology companies and global brands, with meaningful responsibility and direct access to experienced trial lawyers.
Ideal candidates will contribute to strategy, briefing and discovery workstreams and may gain exposure to TTAB, ITC and
Qualifications
- Two to four years of IP/Technology litigation experience.
- Experience in AI, copyright, trademark or trade secrets is preferred.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and false advertising disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and provide client advice.
- Manage discovery and e-discovery and related processes.
- Coordinate with privacy, technology and appellate teams.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings and trials.
