The role involves executing and documenting acceptance testing and coordinating with Telco providers and field technicians for real-time troubleshooting and implementation configurations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in enterprise networking, Cisco experience, and familiarity with data protocols such as TCP/IP, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and related technologies, with CCNA

They will interface with both Telco providers and field technician for real time troubleshooting and configuring implementations.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience related experience from an enterprise environment
• Cisco experience (Juniper experience is a plus)
• Experience troubleshooting IP network configurations
• Domain knowledge of data protocols including TCP/IP, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP, IS-IS, LDP, PIM, MSDP, and layer 2 Ethernet.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance CCNA
• experience with MetaSolv (database modeling software)
• prior experience at AT&T, Verizon, TMobile, Comcast etc.
