Remote (EST hrs. with flexibility for implementations over nights and weekends)
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of relevant networking, consulting, or professional services experience
- Software Defined Access (SDA) deployment experience
- Fabric Enabled Wireless experience
- Advanced experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Cisco networking solutions
- Experience creating, reviewing, and approving HLDs, LLDs, and implementation/change management plans
- Strong troubleshooting skills supporting complex enterprise networking environments
- Experience working directly with customers, partners, and onsite technicians
- Jira experience and ability to provide project status reporting
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Ability to support implementation activities during nights and weekends when required
Plusses:
- Cisco Professional Services background
- Experience supporting large-scale banking or financial services environments
- Scripting and network automation experience
- Experience building test lab environments and customer simulations
- Pre-sales experience supporting solution design and technical presentations
- Experience creating reusable deployment methodologies, technical collateral, and knowledge-sharing assets
- Advanced certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
Day-to-Day:
- Lead delivery and execution of enterprise networking projects supporting a large-scale wireless transformation initiative
- Work extensively with customers, Cisco account teams, and partners on deployment strategy and optimization efforts
- Create, review, and approve technical deliverables including HLDs, LLDs, design recommendations, and implementation plans
- Configure, deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot Catalyst Center, SD-WAN, SDA, and wireless solutions
- Serve as a technical leader and escalation point for complex customer issues
- Build and leverage test environments to validate solutions and resolve highly complex networking challenges
- Direct and coordinate onsite technicians during installation and deployment activities
- Contribute to the development of deployment methodologies, scripts, and reusable technical assets
- Provide input to sales teams on customer technology solutions and support pre-sales activities
- Deliver customer documentation, knowledge transfers, and technical training
- Track project activities and provide daily updates through Jira
- Ensure all technical deliverables align with customer business objectives and project goals
