Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
• Preferred candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and registration before the USPTO.
• Strong technical competency in software and hardware concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Manage patent strategy and IP-related matters for products and technology.
• Negotiate IP-heavy commercial agreements and licensing terms.
• Advise on open-source compliance and regulatory considerations.
