Responsibilities include maintaining IP databases, monitoring marketplaces, and assisting with IP strategies. The position is hybrid with on-site and remote work options, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Maintain internal IP databases, records, and tracking systems; ensure follow-up on deadlines.
• Monitor online marketplaces and channels for knockoffs and brand violations.
• Assist with IP protection strategies and related research.
• Prepare and maintain electronic files for IP portfolios and agreements.
• Coordinate meetings with outside counsel, vendors, inventors, and internal teams.
