Qualifications

• 3+ years of IP administration or related field.
• Experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights, or IP filings.
• Fluent in English; ability to handle confidential information and sensitive documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IP matters with outside counsel and vendors.
• Maintain IP databases, records, and tracking systems; manage deadlines and renewals.
• Monitor online marketplaces and sites for counterfeit activity and brand infringement.
• Assist with IP protection strategies and enforcement actions.
• Review and organize product development files and IP portfolios.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with external legal resources.
