Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps in Taos, NM seeks an Individual Placement Coordinator to supervise and support youth placements across New Mexico. You will manage IP program implementation, coordinate with partner agencies, and ensure data collection and reporting meet grant requirements.

Travel throughout the state is expected; the role requires strong communication, risk management, and training skills to support Positive Youth Development and field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field experience in natural resource management, outdoor education, or related fields.
• Minimum one year of experience with a Youth/Conservation Corps or other program serving youth and young adults.
• Pre-employment background check will be required, including FBI fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Support IP implementation and supervision of Individual Placements.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to align IP objectives.
• Maintain and report on project data and outcomes for grants.
• Recruit, orient, and train Individual Placements; support field program activities.
