Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps seeks an Individual Placement Program Manager to lead growth and day-to-day management of the IP program across New Mexico. You will oversee staff including IP Coordinators, cultivate partnerships, manage a roughly $2M portfolio, and ensure training, risk management, and compliance with grants.

The role requires in-office presence in Taos or Albuquerque and travel across the state, with standard hours and potential after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of youth/conservation program experience with partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, supervision, and performance management of IP staff and coordinators.
• Develop and expand local, state, and federal partnerships to support IP program.
• Oversee program budgeting, reporting, and risk management across NM.
• Coordinate with Conservation Program staff on training, orientation, and safety systems.
• Ensure timely reporting to funders and partners.
