Paycom - ATS is seeking an IP Paralegal in Oklahoma City to support one or more IP attorneys with docket management, patent, trademark and copyright filings, and related communications. You will work with a docketing system to track deadlines and maintain precise records.

You will coordinate with foreign counsel for filings around the world, prepare and edit a variety of IP documents, and ensure all communications are entered accurately into the firm’s records.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in paralegal or legal studies or related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Prior IP paralegal experience preferred but not required.
• ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage attorney dockets and deadlines in IP docketing system.
• Prepare and file patent, trademark and copyright applications with the USPTO.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel for worldwide filings.
• Prepare, review, edit, and file documents, pleadings and communications.
• Manage correspondence with clients and associates and record-keeping.
• Review work product for accuracy under deadlines and high standards.
• Prioritize work and communicate daily with assigned attorneys to meet deadlines.
• Ensure deadlines and client responsibilities are met.
