Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role or equivalent.
• Experience supporting commercial services in a Service Provider environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network outages and meet SLA commitments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a complex ISP IP/MPLS network.
• Plan and optimize multi-state networks with Layer I, II, and III.
• Evaluate new equipment and document network implementation procedures.
