Qualifications

3–5 years of practice in disputes post-qualification.
Excellent research, drafting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Supports case preparation, including researching issues and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Helps develop case strategies with senior lawyers and partners.
Coordinates discovery and manages evidence collection and documents.
Represents clients in preliminary hearings and depositions under supervision.
Manages case files, deadlines and procedural requirements.
Contributes to developing litigation skills and mentoring junior team members.
