White & Case is seeking a junior associate to support a White Collar Practice in Los Angeles. You will conduct legal research, draft basic documents under supervision, organize case files, and assist with discovery while coordinating with senior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of practice post qualification
• Strong research, drafting and analytical skills to support legal matters
• Good communication skills in client and team interactions

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on legal issues, applicable law, and statutes to support case strategy
• Draft basic legal documents (pleadings, motions and discovery requests) under supervision
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring documents are up-to-date
• Assist with discovery by reviewing documents, managing evidence and preparing materials
• Attend hearings and depositions to observe and assist senior lawyers, taking notes
• Handle day-to-day client communications to gather information and respond to inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and filing documents
