Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with intellectual property exposure.
• Strong academic background from a recognised law school.
• IP knowledge or interest in trademark and/or copyright preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Tribunal experience or judicial clerkship is advantageous.
• Admitted and in good standing with the relevant bar.

The team advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including counselling, enforcement, litigation, appeals, and transactional work. Candidate Requirements

• IP Knowledge: Interest or experience in trademark and/or copyright law preferred.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a legal team.
