Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in practice management in a large law firm.

• Ability to present complex data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best-in-class operational processes for the IP/Law practice.
• Oversee budgets and financial management for the section.
• Coordinate section meetings and events.
• Support attorney performance management and professional development.
• Staffing: manage associates and paralegals; assist recruiting/onboarding.
• Contribute to AI and innovation initiatives; deliver data-driven BI insights.
