Qualifications

• 3+ years of IP or patent litigation experience as a paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity or a comparable document review platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-discovery, document review, and document production workflows in Relativity and similar platforms.
• Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibit lists, witness binders, deposition designations, digests, and transcripts.
• Cite-check and Bluebook briefs, assemble exhibits, and handle e-filing in federal or administrative tribunals.
• Build case chronologies, document indices, privilege logs, and fact summaries from discovery materials.
• Track deadlines, scheduling orders, and protective order obligations across ITC and related matters.
• Support hearings and trials with courtroom presentation technology and witness preparation.

This is a dedicated intellectual property litigation role supporting a patent trial team, not a rotation through a general litigation staffing pool. Paralegals remain with their cases from complaint through trial and appeal.

** What You Will Do**

• Manage e-discovery, document review, and document production workflows in Relativity and similar litigation support platforms, from collection through production.
• Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibit lists, witness binders, deposition designations, deposition digests, and transcript summaries.
• Cite-check and Bluebook briefs, assemble exhibits, and handle e-filing in federal district courts and administrative tribunals.
• Build case chronologies, document indices, privilege logs, and fact summaries based on discovery materials.
• Track deadlines, scheduling orders, and protective order obligations across parallel proceedings, including fast-paced ITC matters.
• Support hearings and trials, including courtroom presentation technology and witness preparation.
