Job Overview

Our client, a major global law firm, is seeking a skilled Patent Litigation Paralegal to join their Intellectual Property practice group in DC.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-caliber team on complex patent litigation matters that span all phases of case preparation, including document review, case file management, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the discovery process
• Preparing pleadings, motions, exhibits, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence in compliance with court rules
• Supporting PTAB filings and responses
• Extracting relevant IP information
• Safeguarding confidential materials

Familiarity with fact and expert witness preparation, Bluebooking, and cite checking is highly preferred.
