• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience including patent and/or trade secret disputes.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex IP disputes, including patent and trade secret litigation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive filings.
• Coordinate discovery, including e-discovery, with clients and vendors.
• Conduct depositions, support trial teams, and participate in hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver client service.
• Engage with clients in strategic planning and IP enforcement risk assessment.
