An AmLaw 50 international firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized practice in a hybrid Boston position. The candidate will handle patent and trade secret disputes, develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and participate in hearings and trials, with trial and ITC/IPR experience valued.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, bar admission, 2–4 years IP litigation experience, and strong research,

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and/or trade secret disputes.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent and trade secret disputes across federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and PTAB/IPR proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
