Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized IP practice. This role focuses on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes and offers a hybrid work model with opportunities before federal courts, the ITC and the PTAB.

Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–4 years IP litigation experience, and a technical degree in EE/CS/Physics/chemistry or related fields.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience, including patent/trade secret disputes.
• Trial experience, IPR proceedings, and ITC experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex IP disputes including patent and trade secret litigation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive documents.
• Coordinate discovery including e-discovery with clients, co-counsel and vendors.
• Conduct depositions, support trial teams, and participate in hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver client service.
