The position focuses on high-stakes patent and trade secret disputes across federal courts, ITC, and PTAB proceedings. Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years’ IP litigation experience, including patent or trade secret matters.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience, including patent or trade secret disputes.
• Trial, ITC, and IPAB/PTAB experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent and trade secret disputes.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Coordinate discovery and e-discovery with clients, co-counsel, and vendors.
• Conduct depositions and support trial teams.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver client service.
• Engage with clients on strategic planning and risk assessment related to IP enforcement and defense.
