Qualifications

• Strong academic record and substantive IP litigation experience, with patent and/or technical trade secrets focus.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions and managing discovery in federal courts and at the PTAB.
• Ability to collaborate with partners, in-house counsel, and experts on strategy, damages, and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Litigate patent and technical trade secret matters in federal courts and at the PTAB.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Work directly with partners, in-house counsel, and experts on strategy, damages, and trial prep.
• Collaborate across offices on technologies spanning software, semiconductors, life sciences, and mechanical systems.
