Job Description

We are representing a highly regarded law firm seeking a skilled and highly qualified associate to join its rapidly expanding IP Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of patent litigation experience and will bring strong technical expertise in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field.

The incoming associate will work on complex IP litigation matters, including managing discovery, preparing motions and supporting trial preparation. The role offers excellent opportunities to work with senior attorneys on high-profile cases across a range of industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong academic credentials, with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
