A leading law firm in California is seeking a Mid-level IP Litigation (Hard Tech) Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to handle complex litigation cases. Formación

• 3-5 years experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.

Qualifications

• High performer with 3‑5 years experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred).
• Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
• Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, action‑oriented, ready to take increased responsibility for client matters.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication; sound legal and business knowledge working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on ongoing matters.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
