Qualifications
- High performer with 3‑5 years experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred).
- Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
- Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, action‑oriented, ready to take increased responsibility for client matters.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication; sound legal and business knowledge working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on ongoing matters.
- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
