Job summary

Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC is seeking a Legal Coordinator to support its Intellectual Property Practice Group with administrative, docketing, and filing duties. You will work closely with attorneys on trademark, patent, and IP portfolio matters while coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively, with strong judgment and client-service focus.

Qualifications

• Preparing, editing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, legal documents, reports, and client communications from written and oral drafts.
• Opening new client matters and maintaining organized electronic files, databases, and intellectual property portfolio materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of U.S. trademark and patent documents and related correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Tracking deadlines for trademarks, patents, copyrights, renewals, and annuities through docketing software.
• Reviewing docket reports, communicating upcoming deadlines, and following up on action items with attorneys.
