Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate business degree in finance, accounting, or economics/engineering with applicable work experience.
• Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and/or IP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Construct financial analyses and build complex models.
• Perform technology, industry, and company research.
• Draft client presentations, pitch books, and reports.
• Assist with intellectual property landscape analysis of patents/portfolios.
• Identify and engage contacts at target companies and interact with clients.
