Job summary

tms in Chicago is offering a Finance Intern position for summer 2027. The intern will support the North America Client Finance team with pricing, monthly close, forecasting, profitability reporting, client billing, and working capital management.

You'll prepare pricing estimates, journal entries, and forecasts under guidance, analyze client profitability, and monitor A/R and WIP to support timely invoicing and collections.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Hourly Rate: $20/hr
