Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Docketing Specialist to support its Intellectual Property practice in Texas. The role focuses on maintaining the docketing system, calendar deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of docketing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and experience with US and foreign trademark docketing. A hybrid work policy applies, with in-office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional docketing or related experience.
• Experience with US and foreign trademark docketing required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 9 years’ experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Create records in the docketing database and calendar due dates.
• Docket and review US and foreign prosecution mail and related matters.
• Monitor attorney dockets daily with attention to deadlines.
• Assist with intake and auditing of transfer files.
• Maintain knowledge of latest IP rules and procedures.
