Job summary

Stout Risius Ross, LLC is seeking an Associate to lead or co-lead intellectual property damages engagements, with responsibility for the direction, quality, and delivery of the work. You will oversee research, modeling, and economic analysis, and develop reports, exhibits, and demonstratives that translate complex findings into clear conclusions.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree with a concentration in economics, finance, mathematics and/or accounting.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in damages quantification, preferably related to intellectual property disputes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly convey ideas.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in finance, economics, and/or accounting with the ability to critically analyze financial statements, accounting records, tax returns, and other financial documents.
• Significant experience assisting with the preparation of expert reports and supporting analyses.
• Team management experience is a welcome plus.
