Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Manager in Grand Rapids to lead IP damages engagements, shape strategy, and strengthen client relationships. You will drive multi-engagement delivery and mentor teams to deliver high-quality analyses.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, oversee risk, timelines, and deliverables, and contribute to business development while upholding Stout’s Relentless Excellence in client service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in damages quantification.
• Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and managing expert reports.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stream engagements and teams.
• Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling, economics, and accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Define engagement strategy, scope, staffing, and workplans.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple teams.
• Lead and review research and analyses.
• Draft, review, and finalize expert reports and presentations.
• Direct document review and analysis, including discovery materials.
• Provide clear guidance to teams and communicate with senior leadership and clients.
