Dority & Manning, P.A. is recruiting an IP Associate Attorney or Patent Agent to join our Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Practice Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Must be a member of the U.S. patent bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume patent drafting and prosecution experience; law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Draft opinions of counsel.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses.
• Partner with the team to develop global IP strategies and collaborate with clients.
