Patent Attorney - Electrical Engineering/Computer Science

Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a Patent Attorney for its AI team in Washington, DC, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. The salary for this position starts at $190k+.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of patent experience focused on AI, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud computing.
• Experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications, drafting claims and specs, and conducting USPTO examiner interviews.
• USPTO registration is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering [or related] is required.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
