Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney for its Birmingham, AL team. The role covers patent prosecution and IP litigation, with opportunities to engage in business development and practice across multiple IP law segments.

A JD is required, along with USPTO eligibility and a US bar license. Candidate should have 1–3 years of IP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a technical background in CS or EE, with excellent academics and client-service

Qualifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO or eligible to sit for the registration examination.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• One to three years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Technical background, preferably in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and client service skills.

Responsibilities
