Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3-5 years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling.
• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience in trademark prosecution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications.
